(2) Add Your Storage Unit Details
The Storage Renewal includes a text field for adding your storage unit so we can link your payment to a specific subscription.
If you are paying for multiple months at once, simply increase the item quantity to the number of periods.
(3) Add To Cart & Complete Checkout
Click the Add To Cart button and proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to add your customer information and payment selection.
You may also login or create and account from this screen before proceeding.
(4) Renewal Payment and Follow Up
If you have selected bank transfer for payment, be guided by the FAQ section below that provides further details on getting that information to us so we can process it in a timely manner.
Can I Pay via Bank Transfer?
Direct Deposit
We welcome Bank Transfers to our Republic Bank account:
Online Banking Payments If the payment was made by an online banking system the customer can either call us, or send us by email receivables@chapmans.co.tt the information below relating to the transaction.
Send us a photo/scan of your stamped deposit slip via e-mail or via WhatsApp (868) 344-3245.
Transaction Date / Bank used / Ref # / Amount
Again please note that we will not be able to credit the customer’s account until we are notified of the payment.
Can I Pay via Credit Card?
You can authorise Chapmans to deduct monthly payments from your credit card by signing a Credit Card Authorisation Form.
You can get the form from us by calling us and requesting same. You can then send us a photo/scan of your stamped deposit slip via e-mail receivables@chapmans.co.tt or via WhatsApp (868) 344-3245.
You can authorise a one time payment in which case you would have to authorise a payment every month
or recurring payments over a period of up to one year. WhatsApp (868) 344-3245 for details.

What Can't I Store In My Unit?
Hazardous materials, substances, waste, solid waste or toxic chemicals;
Firearms, explosives or highly flammable materials;
Illegal goods

What Security Measures Are in place?
We have several security and safety measures in place, including:
Keypad access to the indoor storage facility
CCTV cameras inside and outside the facility
Always-on lighting in all storage areas
Fire extinguishers, clearly marked and easily accessible
I Can't Find the Key/Access Code to my Unit - What Can I do?
If key are lost, stolen or misplaced, please contact our front office at your earliest convenience, we will assist in restoring access to your storage unit.
